ESL (English as a Second Language) tutor training will be offered at St. Peter’s Church, 217 Houston St., in Ripon.

Training will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, and again from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 31, according to a church press release.

Trainees only need to attend one of the sessions. There is no cost.

Volunteers will be trained to teach ELS classes to be held from 1 to 3 p.m. every Sunday at St. Peter’s, beginning June 1.
