Most people around Austin Peay State University know him as William. He’s the guy in the red polo shirt writing tickets for cars parked illegally. You might also recognize him just from walking around campus. William is usually with a group of friends, joking around or talking about where they’re going to eat next. He’s pretty outgoing and likes to strike up conversations with just about anyone, but for those who don’t know him, what he has to say might come as a surprise. (more…)
